What's New?

Yep, that's right... we lost my Sims family but that's ok. Sims 3 was more advanced for me than I was willing to admit (mom helped with that wording) but I'm going back to basics and starting with the original Sims game! Excited to start where my mom started 13 years ago.

This summer I've been keeping busy with camp, spending time with family, and celebrating holidays. My mom and I even designed this shirt. Cute isn't it?

Its a basic t-shirt, I love peace signs so my mom found a peace flower online and cut it out to bleach the shirt. We should have used thicker paper but I think it looks great. My mom wanted to make it look even better and did the ties. If you want a video on how to do the tying, comment and I will have my mom make a video, I'm sure she won't mind :D.

Update in My 8 Year Old World

First of all I had a birthday in May and my parents surprised me with a trip to the Mall of America to get my very first American Girl Doll. I picked a "look alike doll" she has light skin, green eyes, and short dark brownish black hair that has a slight curl to it. I named her Bella Sprinkles.

My mom always decorates my birthday cake and this year I requested a peace sign cake. I really like how it turned out and its one of my favorite cakes so far.









On June 3rd I completed 2nd Grade making myself and official 3rd grader. I'm still playing Sims and Webkins but this summer isn't going according to plan. My mom originally had the summer off but was offered a full time job so I'm now attending daycare. I get to go swimming, to the library, meet new friends, and do crafts. I don't mind mom working but I was a little nervous about going to daycare since I've never been there before.

Well I'm done for now and hope you keep reading... I'm going to be exploring the original SIms game at some point, and sharing pictures :)

We no longer have this dog :( but Beauty is learning to walk.

She's doing a great job. Beauty was adopted when she was a baby.

Clare got engaged! 

They got married right away.
